*b.* - SELLER will reply with FCO & Supplay Guarantee Letter

*c.* - The Supplay & FCO Guarantee Letter is signed & the BUYER's company stamp is then returned to the SELLER (Return deadline is 3 days).

*d.* - The SELLER will send a Draft MOU of the purchase contract.
