*PROCEDURE* :
1). Buyer sends LOI, Seller responds with FCO. After the buyer signs the FCO and sends it back to the seller together with ICPO+BCL / RAW
2). The Seller sends a draft of the Final Contract to the Buyer.
3). Buyer verifies and returns the draft SPA to Seller by email, fax or courier.
4). The seller, the check is verified and if everything is acceptable, will sign the final contract and return it to the buyer. Buyer signs/seales final contract and returns to seller, signed and approved within 5 working days. Buyer/buyer bank opens 100% irrevocable & transferable DLC MT 700 letter of credit which can be transferred to seller's authorized investor bank account which will be provided in the contract.
5). After receiving the banking instrument by the seller, the seller's *financier* banking officer of the financier will immediately notify the seller of the availability of the instrument, and the seller will immediately start the delivery procedure.
6) The seller is directly involved in processing and x-work after receiving and confirming in the letter of credit to the financier bank.
7). Packing and loading after inspection by SGS/Other equivalents.
8). Delivery departs according to a specified & mutually agreed schedule.
9). Which is our terms and conditions, we will do what I have given all procedures.
