FOR BANK GUARANTEE FROM 5 MILLION TO 30 MILLION
*TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:*
6.1. Provider and Receiver Sign DOA.
6.2. Provider & Receiver Forwards Copies of the Signed DOA to their respective Account Officer's.
6.3. Receiver pays N10m (Ten Million) Naira into his Unity bank account and places PND/LIEN on the account with an instruction that “PND/LIEN will be lifted only after RWA is issued and transmitted to receiver’s account and upon confirmation this amount is released to Unity bank”.
6.4. Provider’s Account Officer Issues Ready Willing and Able (RWA) to Receiver’s Account Officer and upon confirmation, receiver release payment of Ten million (N10,000,000.00) naira to unity bank.
6.5. Receiver’s Bank Issues an Irrevocable Bank Payment Undertaking (IBPU) (Covering the total LTV) to the Provider’s Account Officer.
6.6. Provider’s Bank Issues Bank Guarantee (BG) and the Receiver confirm the BG issued gives instruction for payment of LTV.
6.7. The Loan To Value (LTV) is Paid to All Stakeholders within 5 (Five) Banking Days after Confirmation of the Bank Guarantee (BG) less N10m (Ten Million) Naira on providers sum.
6.8 The BG is returned unencumbered after one year plus one day.
