Qty allocation :- 150,000 - 250,000 tonnes PER month

Payment terms :- 100 %  Irrevocable transferable LC at loading port 

(Can be negotiated  upon the Buyer's POF)

 SOP – IRON ORE

1. Buyer to submit LOI alongwith the BCL for minimum value of 2 months of the monthly purchase value

2. Seller to issue FCO 

3. Buyer to sign and duly stamp the FCO

4. Seller to issue the SPA

5. Buyer agrees to the Terms outlined in the SPA signs and stamps it. Buyer submits the draft LC Verbiage.

6. Seller issues PPOP documents

7. Buyer is given appointment to visit site/s upon which he will effect the first order I. e immediately after site visit buyer must place the order and follow the price option procedure they agreed to above.

8. LC is opened simultaneously the Seller issues the 2% PB

9. Shipment is scheduled as per the Schedule agreed to in the SPA
