The buyer then purchases a commercial invoice per million tons

Stamped by the primary seller company

Then send it to the bank to ensure the opening of an initial credit Seller provides the buyer 2%

Then the railway is inspected and the warehouses are received

And export shipments

Note the costs of opening a bank credit on the seller's account

Also there is a penalty clause on the seller 20% of the value of the deal in case of delay in delivery or cancel the deal
