Method of sale
1- The buyer receives the opening of a commercial invoice issued by the seller's bank with the value of the railway and the place of delivery and a penalty of 20% of the transaction value on the seller in case of delay, delivery or withdrawal from the transaction.

The buyer's bank sends the balance to the seller's bank to confirm the seriousness of the purchase

The railway is inspected by the buyer and the railway document is inspected
Payment must be full refund
The adoption of MT700 is non-cancellable
