3.Seller Verify The Buyer Logistics Storage Company With Local Port Authority And Issues To

Buyer PPOP Listed

Below:

A. GPS Coordinate-Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) With Scanned Barcode, B. Unconditional DTA

C. Authorization To Sell And Collect.

D. 24 Hours SGS Report.

E. Authorization To Verify (ATV).

4.Buyer Inspect By SGS (Dip Test In Tanks) On Buyer’s Expenses If Required

5.Seller Issues Document To All Intermediaries Involved In The Transaction And To The Buyer

Endorsed NCNDA/IMFPA.

6.Upon Successful Dip Test In The Tank, The Buyer Makes The Payment For The Product Via MT103, And The Seller Transfers Title Owner Ship To The Buyer.

7.Seller Transfers Title Owner Ship To Buyer Product

8.Seller Pays Commissions To All Intermediaries Involved ,For The Initial Lift And All Subsequent Lifts.
