*b.* - SELLER will reply with FCO & Supplay Guarantee Letter
*c.* - The Supplay & FCO Guarantee Letter is signed & the BUYER's company stamp is then returned to the SELLER (Return deadline is 3 days).
*d.* - The SELLER will send a Draft MOU of the purchase contract.
*e.* - The draft MOU must be agreed and signed together, then returned together with the delivery of PROOF OF FUNDS, PAYMENT (POF).
*f.* - The SELLER will send an Official Invitation Letter for TTM and a wet signature of a notary MOU contract prepared by the Buyer.
