طريقة التعامل هي
ARTICLE TEN (10) - PROCEDURE:
10.1. The buyer sends the icpo to the seller, the seller responds with draft contract address to the buyer company.
10.2. The buyer reviews and signs on each page of full draft contract and return it to the seller.
10.3. The first party and the second party sign each page of this contract and exchange signed copies by email. (documents exchanged by email are considered and recognized as originals).
10.4. The buyer has to instruct his bank to issue the draft of the agreed LC (100% irrevocable transferable divisible revolving confirmed the trial shipment amount at destination port after SGS inspection within three working days for the trail shipment.
10.5. The seller will instruct his bank to issue 2% as performance bond bank guarantee from the trail shipment value in favor the buyer’s bank.
10.6. After the buyer receive the trail shipment. The buyer shall instruct his bank on the second shipment to issue the agreed conditional draft of the 100% LC indicating second party bank is ready, willing and able to issue transferable, divisible, Irrevocable, and revolving all the contract period at discharge port after SGS inspection within three working days Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC).
10.7. Upon receiving the satisfactory 2% PB from the monthly shipment amount from seller’s bank the buyer has instruct his bank to issue and send the revolving operative LC in favor the seller’s bank.
10.8. Upon receiving a satisfactory activated 100% LC, the first party shall commence shipment of agreed goods within thirty (30) working days from receiving the operative agreed LC.
10.9. The SGS inspection will be borne by the seller at the loading seaport and the buyer at the discharge seaport.
10.10. The buyer’s bank upon arrival of the cargo at the discharge port, payment will be made for arrival cargo shipment by the buyer via LC 100% after SGS inspection at discharge port.
