PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer issue the LOI .
2. Seller issue official commercial offer .
3. Seller send the invoice +signed and stamped contract to the buyer .
4. Buyer issue pre advice including all terms and condition through confirmed bank swift to the seller ‘s bank.
5. Seller confirmed the pre -advice swift.
6. Buyer issue ICPO and DLC as SPA .
7. Shipping starts within 7 days of confirmation by DLC as per SPA .
8. Seller provide all shipping documents as per SPA for opening the DLC and sending it to the buyer.
9. SGS or equivalent at discharge port for quantity and quality at seller’s expense .
10. After the inspection is performed , the goods are received ;the documents are signed and delivered to the buyer to release shipping value .
Performance bond : the seller commit to release 20% of value of the shipment as bank guarantee to the buyer bank after receiving DLC bank
