١/ يوجه المشتري لنا خطاب رسمي برغبة الشراء وتحديد الكميه ونوع الحديد وامر التصدير وآلية الدفع حسب الشروط المذكوره له سابقا
٢/في حال تم الاتفاق بالخطابات الرسميه لمجرد الرغبه فقط بالشراء ولا إلزام عليه بالشراء تطلب موعد للحضور للموءسسه مع الالتزام بالآليه حسب الاتفاق المسبق
٣/ قص فاتوره بقيمه ٥٠٠٠ ريال لكل مليون طن وهي مسترده فور فتح الاعتماد في المهله المحدده له ( في حال الجدية يفتح البائع الفاتورة على حسابه الشخصي)
٤/ احضار مسودة الدرافت lc mt705 حسب الشروط المتفق عليها بالخطابات المسبقه من بنك العميل لبنكنا
٥/في حال تمت الموافقه على مسودة الدرافت تتم الان معاينة الحديد ولايحق لك المطالبة بالمعاينه قبل تجاوز كل هذه الخطوات (فقط هنا تثبت بأنك مشتري وتستحق المعاينه للحديد ولأوراق الملكيه والمنشأ)
٦/ يحق لك الان الدفع حسب الاتفاق المسبق اًو الانسحاب
٧/ ضمان بنكي ٢٠٪ من اجمالي قيمة الصفقه لصالح المشتري حسن اداء وتنفيذ كشرط جزائي من مؤسستنا
٨/ الاعتماد الوحيد المقبول لدينا للدفع lc mt 700
٩/ المهله بإنهاء اجراءات فتح الاعتماد اسبوع واحد فقط من تاريخ قص الفاتوره التجاريه لبيع حديد سابك داخل المملكه وأسبوعين للخارجي

Terms of sale and inspection are as follows:
1 / The buyer sends us an official letter with a desire to purchase, specifying the quantity, the type of iron, the export order, and the payment mechanism according to the conditions mentioned above.
2 / In the event that the official letters were agreed upon merely by the desire to purchase only and he is not obliged to purchase, an appointment is required to attend the institution with the commitment to the mechanism according to the prior agreement
3 / Cut the bill of 5,000 riyals per million tons, and it is refunded immediately after the credit is opened within the specified time limit
4 / Bring the draft craft lc mt705 according to the terms agreed upon with the prior letters from the customer’s bank to our bank.
